Several members of Active Support Unit hosted Erin Jackson of 1st Lochmaben Rangers in Scotland, Victoria Courtney of Cestrian Scout Group in Chester, Carl Nelder of Playscheme and Matt Butler and Gemma Peacefull, both of 1st Corringham.
The reunion started with breakfast at the Tower of London before a sightseeing walk that took in Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, Whitehall, Parliament Square, London Eye and St Pauls.
It was then a trip back to Cherrywood Campsite where dinner was served followed by an evening of catching up. Erin and Vicki were presented with a ‘Friends of Gang Show SAS’ badge and certificate and next morning were waved off at Purfleet Station for their long journeys back home.
