Visiting Basildon Hospital Radio, on the 4th March, the Scouts had the opportunity to see a working studio during a live show. The welcoming team at the station showed them the old vinyl record players and the new digital equipment they currently use. The Scouts were surprised to see how much space the vinyl records took up when compared to the modern digital system.
A couple of Scouts were lucky enough to dedicate a song to their families and introduce the track on air whilst one of our leaders was interviewed and promoted Scouting in Essex.
